These clinics are designed to teach owners how best to help their horse day to day. Massage is particularly great before and after exercise to stimulate the muscles and help after strenuous exercise. Postural exercises can help prevent back problems and assist in performance. Both static and active exercises taught. The aim of the clinics is have a fun day with other like minded people or come as a group of friends. There will be a light lunch provided and horses are stabled during the day for their comfort. The clinic days are taken individually or can be booked as a series. Ideally you would work your way through the days over a few months and then you and your horses can practice in between and then see the benefits as you progress.
